Jammu,Jammu 07: On 28-05-2024 one complaint was lodged at Police Station Janipur,Jammu by the complainant namely Rattan lal Pandita S/o sh. Janki Nath Pandita R/o Butta Nagar Janipur regarding theft of his scooty Activa black colour bearing Registration No. JK02AT/6732.

In this regard, case FIR No. 65/2024 U/S 379 IPC got registered at this police Station Janipur and investigation started.

After this special police teams of PS janipur constituted, did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV footages of the area finally caught the suspected persons namely 1. Nikhil Gowswami and 2. Rohan Goswami both sons of Mohinder Pal Gowswami R/o Dhayan Sar Bari Brahana Samab. During enquiry and On their disclosure stolen scooty bearing Registration No. JK02AT-6732 and additionally one more M/cycle bearing registration no. JK02CL/5523 got recovered and said m/cycle Seized under section 102 Cr.PC.

Further during the course of investigation found that the said recovered m/cycle bearing JK02CL/5523 stolen by them from Bari Brahmana samba area and stolen in case FIR case FIR No. 123/2023 U/s 379 IPC of P/s Bari Brahmana Samba.

Further investigation of the case is going on.
