Ramban, July 04: Cyber Cell of DPO Ramban solved Financial Fraud.

An offline complaint was received from Javid Ahmed Sheikh S/O Assadullah Sheikh R/O Darshipura Banihal Tehsil Banihal and District Ramban mentioned therein that "I have received a call from a person, he told me that I am your cousin brother and I am in very urgent need of Rs 50000. The voice of this person is very similar to my cousin brother and without verifying I transferred him an amount of Rs 50000". After Some time, the Complainant found that he was a victim of Online Financial Fraud.

After receiving the Instant Complaint, Cyber Cell DPO Ramban immediately swung into the action and started the enquiry into the matter and made hectic efforts which ultimately recovered the defrauded amount of Rs 50000/- which was swindled by online scams.
