July 10:* ```Police in Ganderbal have arrested 2 gamblers and seized stake money and vehicle from their possession.

Acting on a specific information regarding gambling activities in the open fields at Check Rabitar, a police party headed by IC PP Shadipora under the supervision of DySP Hqrs Ganderbal raided the specific spot and apprehended 2 gamblers & recovered stake money of ₹19,500/-, playing cards and vehicle (Innova) bearing registration number JK01AU-0463 from their possession. They have been identified as Mohd Yousaf Tiplo son of Ab Salam Tiplo resident of Aanchar Soura & Bilal Ahmad Sofi son of Gh Mohd Sofi resident of Gundroshan Ganderbal. They have been shifted to police station where they remain in custody.

Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of law stands registered at Police Station Ganderbal and investigation has been initiated.
