Jammu,11: Today on 11.07.2024, Police station Peer Mitha Jammu has executed the non bailable warrant issued by the Hon'ble Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Munsiff Court Jammu against the accused namely Khurshid Ahmad Mir S/o Mohd Yaqoob Mir R/o Boniyar Baramulla Kashmir A/P H.no 179 Gujjar Nagar Jammu.

The accused person was absconding and evading his arrest, in a case under 138 NI Act, since long. Two different police teams were constituted by SDPO City North Jammu.One team headed by PSI Satjeet singh succesfully apprehended the accused person from *Chanakyapuri Delhi* and accordingly the said accused was produced before the Hon'ble Court for further course of action.
